Account Zone Acts Only as an Intermediary Platform That Facilitates Transactions Between Buyers and Sellers.
We May Assist in the Transfer Process for Convenience and Security Purposes, but We Are Not the Owner or Seller of Any Account Listed on Our Platform.
The Final Transaction and Ownership Transfer Remain Strictly Between the Buyer and the Seller.

3. Independent Transaction Clause
All Transactions Conducted Through Account Zone Are Strictly Independent Agreements Between Buyers and Sellers.

4. No Guarantee Clause
All Accounts, Channels, Pages, and Digital Assets Are Sold Strictly on an “As-Is” Basis.
Account Zone Does Not Guarantee:
• Followers or Subscribers
• Engagement Rates
• Reach or Impressions
• Revenue or Earnings
• Future Performance
• Monetization Stability
• Organic Growth
• Audience Retention
Buyers Are Solely Responsible for Verifying All Analytics, Insights, Statistics, and Performance Details Before Purchase.
Any Reduction in Reach, Followers, Engagement, Earnings, Monetization, or Account Performance After the Transaction Shall Not Be Considered a Valid Reason for Refund, Dispute, Complaint, or Legal Claim.

5. Buyer Due Diligence
Before Purchasing Any Digital Asset, Buyers Must:
• Verify Current Insights, Reach, and Analytics

• Accept That No Claims Can Be Made After Purchase
Purchase of Any Account, Channel, or Page Shall Be Considered Full Acceptance of Its Current Condition and Status.

6. Seller Binding Clause
By Selling Any Account, Channel, or Digital Asset Through Account Zone, the Seller Agrees That:
• Once Payment Is Received, Ownership Shall Be Considered Permanently Transferred to the Buyer
• The Seller Shall Not Attempt Account Recovery or Unauthorized Access
🚨 If Any Seller Attempts Recovery After Sale:
• Such Actions May Be Treated as Fraud and Cheating Under Indian Penal Code Section 420
• The Buyer and/or Account Zone May Initiate Legal Proceedings
• The Seller Shall Be Liable for All Damages, Financial Losses, and Legal Expenses

7. Fraud, Recovery & Chargeback Protection
Any Attempt of Fraud, Misrepresentation, Unauthorized Account Recovery, Chargeback, Payment Reversal, or Malicious Activity Shall Be Considered a Serious Violation of These Terms.
Users Strictly Agree Not to Initiate:
• Chargebacks
• Payment Reversals
• False Complaints
• Unauthorized Refund Requests
• UPI or Banking Disputes
After Completion of Any Transaction Through Any Bank, UPI Service, Wallet, or Payment Gateway.
If Any User (Buyer or Seller):
• Attempts to Recover a Sold Account After Receiving Payment
• Files a False Payment Dispute
• Initiates Unauthorized Chargeback Requests
• Engages in Fraudulent Activity
Then:
• The User Shall Be Solely Responsible for All Losses and Damages Caused
• Account Zone Reserves the Right to Permanently Ban Such User
• Necessary Information May Be Shared With the Affected Party for Legal Action
• Legal Proceedings May Be Initiated Under Applicable Indian Laws

8. When Does a Transaction Complete?
For Sellers
A Transaction Shall Be Considered Completed After:
• Providing Complete Account/Page/Channel Access
• Receiving the Decided Payment
For Buyers
A Transaction Shall Be Considered Completed After:
• Payment Has Been Successfully Made
• Access Has Been Successfully Delivered by Account Zone or the Seller
Once Completed, the Transaction Shall Be Considered Final.

9. Limitation of Liability
Account Zone Shall Not Be Held Responsible or Liable for Any Direct or Indirect Losses Arising From the Use of Our Platform or Services.
This Includes but Is Not Limited to:
• Financial Losses
• Account Bans or Suspensions
• Platform Restrictions
• Loss of Access or Recovery Issues
• Reduction in Followers, Reach, Engagement, or Earnings
• Revenue Decline
• Business Interruption
All Transactions Are Carried Out Entirely at the Sole Risk and Responsibility of the Users Involved.

10. Indemnification
